How long is the lease term?
Our self-storage units require a minimum 3-month lease and continues as month-to-month until they are cancelled. A 15-day notification is required.

How do I make a payment?

Currently, we are only able to accept cash or check. If credit / debit card processing becomes available, you will be notified if that is your preferred method of payment.

Is there a deposit?

There is a 1-month security deposit, as well as a one-time, up front administrative fee of $15.00

What form of ID do I need to rent a space?

You will need a government issued photo ID or Passport

Do I need insurance at Brown Bear Storage?

It is recommended that stored items of value are properly insured. Check with your home or rental insurer to see if your current policy covers items in storage.

Do you have temperature-controlled storage units?

No, the units are not temperature controlled.

How do I access the property?

You will have access to the property from 7am to 7pm every day using a keypad entry code.

Who can access my storage unit?

Only you, or any person that you have given your storage unit key to will have access.

What type of security do you have?

Our facility requires a code to enter the building then a lock on the storage unit door. 

Do we bring our own lock, or do you provide it?

You may bring your own lock, or you may purchase a lock from us for $10.00. 

Do you have dollies for us to use?

Yes. We have a complimentary dolly and flatbed carts for our customers.
